The booking is binding for both partners as soon as the guest has paid and the hotel has sent confirmation by e-mail, fax or letter. In booking and paying the confirmed charge the guest has approved these rules. Unless different agreement has been made, the room is at the guest’s disposal from 3 p.m. on the arrival day until 11 a.m. on the departure day. If needed, the period of use can be extended for an extra charge. When booking, the guest must give the hotel the personal details of each guest, which Hellenic public authorities acquire. Upon arrival the guest must present personal identification and confirm the information with his signature.
Each apartment is able to accomodate up to 2 adults, with up to 2 children maximum. The maximum capacity for adults in each apartment is 3 without children. The maximum capacity of 4 persons for each apartment is refered ONLY in case of 2 adults and 2 children. Please don’t proceed in any booking with 4 adults in each apartment or 3 adults with 1 children for the same apartment. The possible combinations for sucsefull booking for each apartment are:1 adult, 2 adults, 3 adults, 1 adult with 1 children, 1 aduld with 2 children, 1 adult with 3 children, 2 adults with 1 children, 2 adults with 2 children.
In our online booking system, “Adults” are considered all guests over 10 years old. Children up to 2 years old are free of charge and they don’t have to be declared as “Children”. Only the children from 2 up to 10 years old have to be declared as “Children” in the respective field and are charged with a 50% discount.

- Late check-out (after 11:00 until 18:00) is charged 34.00 €.
A pre-payment amounting the deposit of 100 €, guarantees to the guest the booking of the chosen room. The pre-payment makes part of the total cost and is deducted at the final settlement. Booking dates cannot be altered. You are required to pay in full on the day of arrival or departure. The pre-payment will be deducted from the total. An accommodation can be booked only after the pre-payment is received by Bank transfer or debit / credit card via PayPal. The Bank transfer has to be completed 6 working days after completion the online booking system of our website. After this period of 6 days, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation held to its online booking system. A confirmation email for the reservation will be sent when the bank transfer or the online payment will be completed.
- Depending on the customer’s choice, the pre-payment via by bank transfer can be exceed the required minimum deposit of 100 € and reach the total cost of the accommodation or part of it.
Rates are subject to change without notice
The cancellation of the reservation (when the pre-payment has already be completed), can be made at any time without any refund of the deposit.
Please present your name or reservation number upon arrival which is printed on your email confirmation for the reservation and payment.
By making a reservation and payment the guest accepts his responsibility for any defect or damage to the room, the building, furniture, equipment etc. incurred during his stay including any cost of extra cleaning. The guest must report to the hotel administration as soon as possible any faults and defects occurred during his stay.
During the Stay
The number of persons staying in the room overnight may not exceed the number stated when booking. If the guest wants extra persons to stay overnight he must inform the hotel management and settle any extra charge. The reservation is strictly personal – in case of transfer without informing the hotel the reservation will automatically be cancelled without refund.
Smoking is not allowed indoors at the hotel. Smoking is allowed outside. We also kindly ask our guests to respect the non-smoking areas in our hotel.
Personal data will only be forwarded to public authorities and only in accordance with the relevant legislation.
In case of fault or unsatisfying conditions please inform the hotel management as soon as possible and we shall make every effort to solve the problem.
